Della is a recent hire for the EHB team as the Benefits Systems Analyst. Della has worked in the Healthcare industry in human resources and employee health since 2006, in hospital, home care, hospice, and clinical settings. Previous to this experience, Della worked in the Property/Casualty Insurance Industry, mostly in worker’s compensation claims. Della relocated from Iowa in 2015, following a lifelong dream of palm trees, beaches, and no subzero windchills! Della has a Bachelor degree from Drake University, as well as CPCU and AIC (insurance designations) designations and PHR (HR designation). 

Della enjoys any time outdoors, her Chihuahua “Prince Charming”, and is happy to be starting her career with Manatee County.
