With a degree in Biology, Carla worked in the medical insurance / managed care arena for 20+ years, holding management positions supervising, supporting and monitoring team activities. After moving to Bradenton in 2011, Carla joined the Manatee YourChoice team, first, as the Director of Claims and Customer Services, then, in 2012, as the Director of Operations. In this role she provides overall leadership, planning, development and daily direction to the Wellness Advocates and staff.
