Lose to Win™ is designed to guide you through a weight management program, help you lose weight, address lifestyle factors, potential obstacles and ways to address them, to finally keep the weight off for good!  NEW ADDITION: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE WEIGHT LOSS DRUGS!  Lose to Win™ is an interactive 6-week education and health coaching program with a weekly group education seminar with live a live Q&A forum. Each participant will receive 2 personal one-on-one sessions in addition to the group education sessions.

1/30: Week 1:  READY SET GO! Overview
Orientation Q&A
Initial Goals Track Food at least 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Instructions how to use  http://www.myfitnesspal.com
Weigh-in once a week at home, same scale, same time of day and email weight to Mirabai the day before each class.
 
2/6: Week 2: CREATE YOUR FOOD PROGRAM: We’ll apply the Lose To Win™ Approach to the various food plan options and find one or a combination of several, that fits your personality, your lifestyle, and achieves your goals. 
Explain How to Create S.M.A.R.T Goals.
You will receive a Goal Setting Form by email so you can create at least 1 short-term Smart Goal. Continue tracking your food 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
 
2-13 Week 3: EATING FOR LONGEVITY: Specialized Food Plans For Specific Health Issues.
How specific food affects your health, and your particular health issues. Dirty dozen and Clean 15, foods that increase metabolism and volume. Sleep, Meds.??
 
2-20: Week 4 SUPERMARKET SAVVY:  Navigating the Merchandising Minefield and coming home with the right stuff.
 
EATING IN, EATING OUT: Food choices, Portion sizes, Cooking, Seasoning, Plating, Advance menu reading.
 
2-27: Week 5: STRESS EATING: Understanding and Control Strategies. Creating resilience.
 
3-6: Week 6: EXERCISE SMART FOR WEIGHT LOSS: Learn how to exercise to boost your 3etabolism and burn max calories.

3. In a study of character strengths, gratitude was found to be the single best predictor of wellbeing.
4. Appreciating what we have brings greater positivity and life satisfaction, even when scientists disregarded the effects of optimism,  spirituality, and emotional self-awareness.
5. People who are grateful are more likely to demonstrate self-control. This can help foster better decisions regarding healthy eating, smoking, avoiding impulse purchases, and saving money.
