Ingrida Mindrup has joined Manatee County Employee Health Benefits team in 2021. She is a former Manatee County Utilities employee with extensive program administration, public outreach and customer service experience. Ingrida believes the well-being of employees is one of the most important aspects in business. 

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, traveling, hiking and learning.
