Christine has been part of Employee Health Benefits and the Manatee YourChoice Health Plan since 2001 and has held multiple roles within the wellbeing team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion/Wellness Leadership from the University of South Florida. She has completed all core classes for her M.A. in Human Resources Development and is a graduate of the Thriving Workplace Culture Certificate Program. Christine’s past experience includes working for Federal Occupational Health as their Wellness Program Coordinator and for the U.S. Coast Guard as their Regional Health Promotions Manager. Her most recent roles with YourChoice have been Wellness Programs/Communications Coordinator and is currently the YourChoice Wellness Manager.

In collaboration with the Wellness Advocacy Team, she is responsible for developing, implementing and directing a comprehensive and proactive work site wellness program(s), including coordination and promotion of Employee Health Benefits and the YourChoice programs and services. She oversees the Worksite Benefits Liaison program, the YourChoice Fitness Center and Marketing. The main focus of her role is to work closely with the work site supervisors, insurance coordinators, wellness champions and personnel to provide unique & practical programming for all worksites across the County.
